Teide at night

Yesterday night I went up to Teide with some friends. It was full moon and the moon was closer the earth than it had been in about 20 years.

At nine in the evening we started to drive up to the mountain. The view up there was stunning, the moonlight building shadows of the rocks and Teide, with a cloth of snow, was more majestic than I've ever seen it. But, it was freezing... I haven't felt that kind of chilliness in about a year. I was almost sure that my toes and nose would fall off. Yeah, it was -3 degrees. The good thing was that when we came back down, you started to appreciate the warmth again :)

Well anyways, I enjoyed a lot and I recommend to go to Teide at night.
