Nyt on koko kesä mennyt ohi edes vilkaisematta blogiin. Yhtäkkiä onkin jo elokuu ja muutto espanjaan alkaa lähestyä... Koko kesä meni ohi jotenkin poikkeuksellisen nopeeta, mutta kuitenkin tuntuu kuin olisin nauttinut jokaisesta hetkestä, jokaisesta sekunnista ja minuutista.. Summer 2010 rocks!

viime hetken valmisteluja

Juhliin on enää pari päivää, ja vihdoinkin alkaa tuntumaan, kuin kaikki on hanskassa. Pari gluteenitonta ''bakelsea'' pitää vielä tehdä kauppareissun lisäksi, niin ja sitten pitää vielä siivota.... o-ou, eihän tämä ollutkaan vielä loppusuoralla... No, turhat kamat kaapppiin jos iskee paniikki ja kaupasta Dajm-kakku pöytään. Check!

Minttusuklaapalat

Tein muutama päivä sitten koepellillisen Kinuskikissan Minttusuklaapaloja. Tarkotus olis juhlissa tarjoilla näitä :) leivokset ovat suussasulavia ja suosittelen kaikille tätä kohtalaisen helppoa reseptiä :)
